Terms & Conditions

30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. No booking is confirmed until deposit is received.
Final balance of payment is due 5 days prior to departure.
Loss or damage to tackle will incur additional replacement costs.

If your booking is cancelled less than 21 days prior to departure, Exmouth Fishing adventures will retain the full deposit fee, unless the booking can be filled by another client.
If Exmouth fishing adventures deems the weather to be unsafe and the Charter must be cancelled and cannot be rescheduled a full refund of the deposit will be given.
At Exmouth fishing adventures we Strive to do everything possible to give you the best charter possible but some things are out of our control.

It is up to the discretion of our expert guide as to whether conditions are safe.
If deemed safe the charter will proceed and bookings will to be honored.
If it is deemed unsafe then the charter will be firstly rescheduled. If this is impossible to arrange a refund will be issued.
